Lighthouse, the children's summer holiday club in Thame run by the
local churches together, opens its doors next Monday 29th July, on the Thame
Showground. Over 850 children have been registered already. However some have
to be held on a waiting list as Lighthouse is still
in need of more helpers, especially Lighthouse Keepers who are responsible for
a small group of children (with support from team leaders). For every Lighthouse
Keeper they can take many more children.
Please consider if you could help
this year, even if you are only available for a couple of days. In addition
there is still a need for helpers with site
set up before and after Lighthouse and to join the Night Security team.
